This is the personal website of Danny Marshall — a personal fitness transformation and lifestyle website based in the UK. It is not a coaching business, a shop or a company. It shares my personal story, training, challenges, social media and products I personally use.

The easiest way to contact me about this website or this policy is through Instagram or TikTok (@dannymarshall85).

Very little, by design. This website has no accounts, no contact forms, no comment sections and no newsletter sign-ups. However, the hosting platform, Lovable, adds visitor analytics and performance measurement to the published website, and hosting services set cookies.

Hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the website running. Operating and securing the website is a legitimate interest. Analytics is a separate purpose and should not be assumed to be essential simply because the hosting platform provides it.

Checks of the published website on 24 October 2026 confirmed that Lovable's scripts send page visits, navigation, time spent on a page and loading-performance measurements to services on this website's domain. The information includes page addresses, referring addresses where available, browser details, browser language, event times and randomly generated session and page-view identifiers. The script can also derive an approximate country from the browser's time zone. Receiving services can receive your IP address with the request. These details and identifiers can be personal data; this policy does not describe them as anonymous.

The analytics script sets a first-party cookie called session-id, with a 30-minute expiry, to associate activity during a visit. Cloudflare's security service also sets __cf_bm, observed with a 30-minute expiry, for bot protection. A hosting cookie called __dpl was observed with an approximately one-day expiry; its exact purpose has not been confirmed. No local-storage or session-storage entries, or session-replay uploads, were observed in these checks. This does not guarantee that those behaviours can never occur.

Measurement helps understand visits and website performance. Requests were sent to this website's own domain through Lovable's hosting services; no direct request to an outside analytics provider was observed. That does not establish which providers process data behind those services. Google Search Console reports search performance separately; it does not add Google Analytics or advertising tags to this website.

A cookie-consent choice was not shown before the analytics cookie was set in the checks. Non-essential analytics cookies generally require prior consent under UK rules; updating this notice does not itself provide that consent. The hosting analytics controls and consent arrangements are under review. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although this is not a substitute for the website obtaining consent where required, and blocking cookies may not stop all measurement requests.

Lovable hosts this website, with Cloudflare providing services at its network edge. Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces and receives standard connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, when your browser requests them. No names, email addresses or account details are requested from visitors by this website.

The exact retention periods for this website's analytics records, all onward processors and the locations where those records are processed have not been confirmed. A cookie's expiry is not the same as deletion of server records. Lovable describes its retention and international-transfer arrangements in its privacy policy, but a specific retention period for this website should not be inferred from those general terms.
